1. General Provisions

  3. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You”, and “Controller” with “We”.

2. Data Controller

  1. The Service Provider acts as the Data Controller for its clients. We process the following personal data: first name, surname, email address, telephone number, and postal address.

Personal data is processed: a) in compliance with applicable data protection regulations; b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy; c) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape, amend or terminate the Agreement and to properly deliver the Services and Products provided electronically; d) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject — including to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent, if you submitted a message via the contact form.
  1. Every person whose data we hold (where we act as Data Controller) has the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of their data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  2. You may contact the person responsible for overseeing the processing of personal data within the Service Provider’s organisation by email at the address provided in point 1.1 of this Privacy Policy.
  3. We reserve the right to process your personal data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent solely for the purpose of pursuing any potential claims before a court, or where national, EU or international law obliges us to retain such data.
  4. The Service Provider is entitled to share the User’s personal data and other data with entities authorised to receive them under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  5. Personal data may be erased following the withdrawal of consent or the submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  6. The Service Provider does not share personal data with any parties other than those authorised to receive it under applicable law.
  7. Personal data is processed exclusively by persons authorised by us, or by processors with whom we work closely and who, like us, comply with all applicable data protection regulations and requirements.
