It has been another extraordinary year of balancing sessions together, and I wanted to thank each and every one of you. Thank you for your presence, your openness, and your willingness to change. It was a truly fascinating year, full of surprises. I made 20 journeys across Poland and Europe, where I met an incredible number of wonderful people. This year I also watched with great joy as new cities began to open up energetically to BodyTalk — Poznań, Lublin, and Wrocław.

Thank you to each of you who is committed to the BodyTalk system and works consistently to transform yourself and support others. We are all connected, and together we grow stronger. In working for ourselves, we also work for the good of us all — and for that, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I hope that in the New Year there will be even more of us.
